摘  要:为观察雪上一枝蒿不同部位提取物的体内外毒性,以MTT法测定了药物在体外对Vero猴肾细胞的毒性作用,以小鼠急性毒性试验测定了药物对小鼠的口服半数致死量(LD50).结果表明:雪上一枝蒿各提取部位对Vero细胞有不同程度的毒性作用,药物浓度为500μg/mL时,氯仿、石油醚、正丁醇和乙酸乙酯提取物对体外培养24 h的细胞增殖抑制率分别为63.9%,69.7%,32.9%和18.2%.氯仿部位、石油醚部位、正丁醇部位对小鼠的经口LD50分别为37.991 mg/kg,6766.928 mg/kg和5492.337mg/kg.To investigate the toxicities of different extracts from Aconitum brachypodum Diels in vitro and in vivo, MTF assay was used on Vero cell in vitro and LD^o was monitored after intragastric administration with the different extracts. The results showed that different inhibition effect rates were obtained from different extracts. The 24h inhibition rate of chloroform, petroleum ether, n-butanol and ethyl acetate extracts on Vero cell were 63.9%, 69.7%, 32.9% and 18.2% respectively. Different extracts from Aconitum brachypodum Diels had different degrees of toxic effects to mice as well. LDs0 of chloroform, petroleun ether and n-butanol extracts were 37. 991 mg/kg, 6766. 928 mg/kg and 5492. 337mg/kg, respectively.
