摘 要:研究的目的是测定短期急性运动后久坐大鼠中性粒细胞的变化。低强度运动后15分钟的腹膜中性粒细胞减少(54×106±3.5,p≤0.05)。低强度和高强度运动后5分钟的腹膜中立性粒细胞增多(178.8×106±11.4和173.2×106±3.1),同时低强度和中等强度运动后5分钟腹膜中性粒细胞吞噬能力下降(78%±1.3和74.8%±3)。低强度和中等强度运动后5分钟循环中性粒细胞活力增加(96.4%±0.6和94.2%±1),但细胞凋亡参数没有变化。The objective of this study was to determine alterations in neutrophils after an acute bout of short duration exercise ( swim- ming) in sedentary rats. Peritoneal neutropenia was observed (p ≤0. 05) in the 15 -minute at low intensity group (54 x 106 ±3. 5 ) . Peritoneal neutrocytosis was observed after 5 - minutes at both intensities ( 178. 8 x 106 + 11.4 and 173.2 x 106 + 3. 1, low and moderate groups, respectively), as well as a reduction in the phagocytic capacity of peritoneal neutrophils after 5 minutes (78% ±1. 3 and 74. 8% _ 3, low and moderate groups, respectively) . Viable circulating neutrophils were increased at 5 - minutes (96. 4% ±0. 6 and 94. 2% + 1, low and moderate intensities, respectively), but no changes in apoptotic parameters were observed collectively.
