摘 要:针对当前我国电力通信建设与管理现状,通过对国内相关通信行业指标体系应用情况的调研和分析,制定了通信指标体系的设计原则和设计方法。在此基础上,结合电力通信的实际需要和管理特点,提出了一整套科学合理、划分清晰的电力通信指标体系架构,从多个维度以期能全面、准确地反映整个电力通信的资产规模、运行质量和保障能力。研究成果可为电力通信实际的生产运行和专业管理提供借鉴和参考,对电力通信精细化管理和评估具有现实意义。According to the situations of our country's power communication construction and management, design rules and methods tbr communication index system are presented by analyzing applications of related index systems ill the communication industry. And then, combining with the real requirements and management characteristics of power communication, this paper proposes a whole set of scientific, reasonable and bound clear power communication index system, which can comprehensively and accurately qualify the assets size, operation quality and guarantee capacity of power communication from several aspects. The system can not only provide a reference tbr production operation and professional management, but also has a practical significance in dean management and assessment for power communication.
