摘  要:随着电力通信网规模不断扩大,电力信息与通信的融合不断深入,通信网运行维护规律更加复杂。为适应这种形势变化,需要建立更加完善的电力通信运维体系,进一步提升运维工作质量和效率,有力支撑国家电网公司"三集五大"体系建设。文章梳理了电力通信运维工作主要内容,提出基于"1个数据平台、2条管理主线、3个运维模块"构建电力通信运维工作体系的思路、方案及运作机制。文章形成的结论和方案对于电力通信运维体系建设具有一定指导意义。With the expanding of power communication network of SGCC and the integrating of information into the communication, it is urgent to improve the power communication operation and maintenance system with more efficiency and higher quality, in order to give a strong support for the centralized management and the global business of SGCC. This paper describes the operation and maintenance work of the power communication network as "1 data platform, 2 management principle lines, 3 operation and maintenance modules". All items are classified, processes are determined, and the modules operate based on the data from the data platform. The conclusions will provide a reference for the construction of the power system communication operation and maiutenance system.
