摘　　要：有机化学实验室的管理工作包括药品的合理贮存与使用、实验准备工作、废液的回收等,实践证明,科学的管理方式可以节约实验成本,减少实验污染,保障实验教学环节的顺利进行,而且对学生树立绿色环保意识有潜移默化的影响。The management of organic chemistry laboratory is discussed from the storage methodology and rational use of chemical medicine, the preparation works for organic chemistry experiment and the recycling of waste liquid. The practice shows that a scientific management method can effectively save experiment cost, reduce laboratory environment pollution and ensure the high quality of experiment teaching. The students＇ environmental protection consciousness can also be imperceptibly strengthened meanwhile.
