摘  要:研究不同温度和流量下活性炭对CO2的吸附容量,并对CO2在活性炭内的扩散行为和吸附动力学进行研究。结果表明:气体流量对活性炭吸附CO2的饱和吸附量影响不大,气体流量增大时饱和吸附容量先稍微增加后稍微降低,在600 mL/min时饱和吸附量最大,温度对活性炭吸附CO2的饱和吸附量影响较大,温度升高时CO2的饱和吸附量明显降低,273 K时饱和吸附量为96.0 mg/g,311 K时仅有58.0 mg/g;Fick定律能够很好的描述CO2在活性炭内的扩散行为,扩散系数随着温度的升高而增大,CO2在活性炭内属于晶体扩散;活性炭对CO2的吸附动力学遵循Bangham动力学方程。The adsorption capacity of CO2 at different temperature and flow on activated carbons, diffusion behavior and adsorption kinetics of CO2 on activated carbons were studied. The results indicate that the flow of CO2 had a little effect on adsorption capacity of CO2 onto activated carbons, the adsorption capacity increased with an increase of CO2 flow, but it decreased when the flow exceeded 600 mL/min, while the values of both increases and decreases fluctuated within a narrow range, the Kelvin temperature was greatly influenced on adsorption capacity, the adsorption capacity decreased with an increase of Kelvin temperature, the adsorption capacity was 96.0 mg/g at 273 K, but it is only 58.0 mg/g at 311 K. The second Fick's law could well describe the diffusion behaviors of CO2 in activated carbons under the experimental conditions, the diffusion coefficient increased with an increase of Kelvin temperature, and it belongs to intra-crystalline diffusion. The adsorption kinetics is satisfied with Bangham equation.
