摘　　要：为进一步探索广西防雷事业长期发展思路,结合防雷减灾形势和实际环境,利用DEMATEL法、SWOT矩阵分析法系统分析其发展因素,建立SWOT矩阵,判断广西防雷事业以结合外部机会和内部优势的SO战略为主的战略地位,并提出相应发展战略要点。Based on lightning protection and disaster mitigation situation and actual environment, its development factors were analyzed by DEMATEL and SWOT matrix method to the judgment of Guangxi lightning protection work in the combination of external opportunities and internal advantages SO strategy of strategic position, and put forward the corresponding development strategy.
