摘 要:目的探讨助产士在工作中所面临的压力源,为卫生管理部门减轻助产士的职业压力,增加正性激励措施,从而进一步提高助产服务质量提供依据。方法采用助产士工作压力应激源量表对18家医院210名助产士进行调查。结果助产士职业压力影响因素中工作责任很重、工作量大琐碎复杂、缺乏上级领导支持3项指标分别为1.92±0.90、2.06±0.95和2.20±1.17,该3项是助产士职业压力的主要影响因素。不同职务助产士的职业压力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论助产士面临着职业压力和职业风险,应针对助产士的职业压力提供帮助,增加正性激励措施,从而进一步提高助产服务质量。Objective To investigate work-related stressors among midwives, to provide references for administrative departments to reduce midwives' stress, and to improve quality of midwifery services. Methods A total of 210 midwives from 18 hospitals were investigated in terms of their work related stressors. Results The most stressful stressors were heavy work responsibility, quantitative work overload and trivial and complicated work, and deficiency of supervisors' support, with the scores being 1. 92±0.90, 2.06±0.95, 2. 20±1. 17 respectively. Midwives with different job titles had no significant differences in stress severity (P〉0. 05). Conclusion Midwives su{fer from occupational stress and risks, targeted interventions and positive incentives should be pro vided for them to promote quality of service.
