摘　　要：目的了解外籍患者护理服务需求,为开展个性化护理服务提供依据。方法采用住院患者护理服务需求调查问卷对200例外籍患者进行问卷调查。结果外籍患者的护理服务需求较为广泛,内容涉及Maslow需求理论的各个层次,其中患者对尊重需求最高,平均(4.37±0.38)分,认知需求最低,平均(3.64±0.56)分。外籍患者护理服务需求与其文化程度、在上海居住时间、住院时间及宗教信仰有关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论外籍患者护理服务需求具有特殊性,应以患者动态变化发展的多样性实际需求为导向,提供个性化的优质护理服务。Objective To explore nursing care needs of foreign patients and to provide information for person-centered nursing care. Methods A total of 200 foreign patients completed a self-designed questionnaire in terms of their nursing care needs. Results Foreign patients reported a wide range of nursing care needs, including all needs in the Maslow^s Need Hierarchy theory. The most re quired was the esteem needs, with the score being 4.37±0.38, while cognitive needs scored the lowest （3.64±0.56）. Education levels, length of stay in Shanghai, length of hospital stay and religious belief were predictors of nursing care needs of foreign pa- tients （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Nursing care needs of foreign patients appear to have their specificity. Nurses should pro- vide needs-oriented and client-centered care.
