摘　　要：对大中城市区、农业主产区和贫困区三类农业政策性金融区域进行了抽样调查 ,实证地对农业政策性资金在三类金融区域的运行效果和运行质量进行了比较分析 ,找出了区域政策性金融存在的问题 ,提出了各金融区域的农业政策性信贷资金运用的策略选择。On the basis of the random sampling of three types of agricultural policy financial regions great or middle municipal region, main farm production region and poverty region, the operating effect and quality of agricultural policy credit funds (APCF) are comparatively analyzed. A few problems on regional policy finance are found and finally some strategies of how to apply the APCF in every type of region are put forward.
