摘　　要：文化产业是以文化为核心内容,直接满足人们的精神需要而进行的创作、制造、传播、展示等文化产品的生产活动。充分利用知识产权的服务机构,加强对文化产业和知识产权从业人员的培训力度,使知识产权在社会实践中创造的智力劳动成果的专有权利得以彰显,人民群众基本文化权益才能够得到保障。Culture industry whose core is culture is a kind of production activity of meeting people＇ s spiritual needs to create, manufacture, spread and display cultural products. This paper gives the following suggestions： to make full use of intellectual property service institutions, to strengthen the training of culture industry and practitioners of intellectual property, to make the intellectual property created in the social practice of intelligence work achieve the exclusive right and to protect the cultural interests of people.
