摘　　要：查新点是由委托人根据项目创新性提出的,贯穿查新过程始终,也是查新结论的重要依据。结合工作实践针对农业科技查新中查新点撰写存在的问题提出了查新点书写原则和提炼方法,并对相关案例进行了分析。The novelty retrieval points are based on the innovation of the science program while they are also the key to the sci- tech novelty retrieval. This article analyzed the causes which lead to problems in the novelty retrieval point as well as proposed the principle and method for the extraction of novelty retrieval point.
