摘　　要：4G网络及第四代移动通信及其技术应运而生,高校图书馆怎么样在4G条件下建立移动图书馆平台。本文主要从4G介绍、移动图书馆概念、基于4G网络条件下移动图书馆的特点以及4G环境下淮阴工学院图书馆和中国移动合作搭建移动图书馆平台及主要措施方法展开。The 4G network and the four generation mobile communication technology and emerge as the times require, univer- sity library how to build the platform of Mobile Library under the condition of 4G.This paper mainly from the 4G, mobile library, mobile library concept based on 4G network conditions and the characteristics of 4G under the envi- ronment of the library of Huaiyin Institute of Technology and China Mobile cooperation to build the platform of mobile library and the main measure method.
