摘　　要：结合内燃动车组的功能性能要求,阐述了在项目各阶段进行的安全性分析工作,建立了安全风险管理分析流程,实现了项目各阶段工作与安全风险管理分析工作的有效统一.通过对服务范围内的系统设计进行审核,识别了车辆系统隐患及其减轻措施,并在系统设计、开发、生产及测试过程中纳入相关的减轻措施,将风险控制在合理可接受的范围内,以保证内燃动车组的的车辆安全性,有效降低了产品生命周期的安全风险,满足了用户的安全性要求.Considering the functional and performance requirements on DMU, the safety analysis work of every phase in project is expatiated, and the analysis flow of safety risk management is established to make effective combination of the phases and safety risk management analysis work. According to auditing on the system design under service, vehicle system hazard is identified, and measures are proposed to make the risk under reasonable and acceptable control for ensuring the vehicle safety of the DMU. As a result, the life-cycle safety risk is decreased efficiently and the client requirements on the safety is satisfied.
