双层聚丙烯补片应用于中小型腹壁切口疝无张力修补的体会

摘　　要：目的 分析双层聚丙烯补片在腹膜前间隙无张力修补腹壁中小切口疝中的安全性与有效性.方法 回顾性分析华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院2009年6月至2012年12月收治的36例行局部麻醉腹膜前间隙修补中小切口疝患者的临床资料.结果 36例患者手术均顺利完成,手术时间45～75 min,平均55 min,出血量少,术后发生腹壁血清肿2例,无伤口及补片感染、无腹胀等并发症发生.住院时间6～11 d,平均7 d.随访3～43个月,无复发.结论 应用双层聚丙烯补片行腹膜前修补中小切口疝是一种安全、有效、复发率低、术后恢复快的治疗方法.Objective To analysis and discuss the safety and effectiveness of tension-free repair of middle and small incisional hernia in the preperifioneal space by polyprepylenes patch. Methods To review a total of 36 patients with incisional hernia who were treated with tension-free repair of middle and small incisional hernia in the preperitioneal space from June 2009 to December 2012 in Union Hospital Tongji Medical College Huazhong University Science and Technology. Results All operations were successfully performed. The operation time lasted 45 to 75 minutes with a mean of 55 minutes with less amount of bleeding. Two seromas were observed after the operation. Hospitalization time was 6 to 11 days,with a mean of 7 days. All patients were followed up for 3 to 43 months. There was no wound infection,patch infection, and no recurrence was found. Conclusions Tension-free repair of middle and small incisional hernia in the preperitioneal space by polyprepylenes patch is a safe and effective operation with low recurrence rate and rapid recovery.
