原位保留提睾肌治疗青年人Ⅲ型腹股沟疝的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨超普疝修补装置 （ultrapro hernia system,UHS）术中原位保留提睾肌治疗青年人Ⅲ型腹股沟疝的可行性和优越性.方法 回顾性分析成都军区总医院2010年1月至2013年3月采用UHS术中原位保留提睾肌治疗22例青年人Ⅲ型腹股沟疝的临床资料.结果 手术均成功,手术时间50～65min,平均56.6 min,随访3~30个月,平均14.5个月,无复发,性生活正常,无睾丸萎缩,无射精痛,睾丸下垂2例,提睾反射正常12例,反射减弱8例,反射消失2例.结论 UHS术中原位保留提睾肌治疗青年人腹股沟疝安全可行,可减少对生殖器官和生育功能的影响.Objective To investigate the feasibility and ultrapro hernia system （UHS） in the eremaster muscle treatment of youth type Ⅲ inguinal hernia. Methods From January 2010 to March 2013, A total of 22 eases of youth human type Ⅲ inguinal hernia in situ under UHS were enrolled and retrospectively analyzed. Results The operation was successful. The operation time lasted 50 to 65 minutes with a mean of 56.6 minutes. The patients were followed up from 3 to 30 months with a mean of 14.5 months without any recurrence. The sex activities were normal without testicular atrophy and painful ejaculation. Two cases were found with testicular droop, 12 cases with cremasteric reflex, 8 cases with decreased reflex and 2 cases with reflex. Conclusions Cremaster muscle inguinal hernia under UHS is safe and feasible, which can reduce the impact on the reproductive organs and functions.
