摘  要:目的:考察微波干燥对苦黄除湿方君药苦参及黄柏有效成分含量及提取效率的影响。方法:对苦参、黄柏饮片分别进行热风干燥和微波干燥,用HPLC法测定其有效成分的含量以及不同提取时间的转移率。结果:比较所测含量,两种干燥方法苦参、黄柏有效成分含量变化不大,而提取效率微波干燥高于热风干燥。结论:将微波干燥技术用于苦参、黄柏饮片的干燥,可提高提取效率,更加省时节能。Objective : To observe that the content of effective component and extraction efficiency of radix sophorae flavescentis and golden cypress is how to influenced by the microwave drying in Kuhuang dehumidification formulas.Methods : Hot air drying and microwave drying is applied to radix sophorae flavescentis sclices and golden cypress sclices, and determining the two traditional Chinese medicine' s content of effective component and extraction efficiency by HPLC method.Results : Comparison of the content, the content of the two sclices has changed a little in the two drying methods, but their extraction efficiency by microwave drying is higher than hot air drying.Conclusion : microwave drying is beneficial to the drying of two sclices, it improves their extraction efficiency.In brief, it is more extraction efficiency and saving time.
