摘 要:在信息通信技术与旅游业发展日益紧密结合的背景下,国际信息技术与旅游业联盟(IFITT)应运而生,并展开了一系列相关交叉研究。作为探讨信息和通信技术在旅游行业中应用与影响的组织,IFITT每年召开的ENTER会议是西方相关学者交流的重要平台。文章以ENTER会议论文集(2005~2012)为研究对象,从文献的时间分布、作者及机构、所属国家/地区、研究议题、演进规律等方面来展现国外信息技术与旅游的交叉研究现状和发展轨迹,并进一步归纳出国外旅游与信息技术交叉研究发展特点,并提出研究展望,以期为国内相关研究提供参考。With the increasingly integration of information and communications technology and tourism industry, the International Federation for Information Technologies in Travel and Tourism (IFITT) was founded on the request of researchers. The annual ENTER conference held by IFITT discusses the applications and impacts of information and communications technology on the tourism industry, providing an important platform for western scholars to exchange their research achievements. By taking the latest ENTER proceedings (2005 - 2012) as the research object, this paper illustrates the present foreign interdisciplinary research on the information technology and tourism as well as the research trend in terms of time distribution, authors, institutions, geographical scopes, research issues and evolution rules. The paper also analyzes the characteristics of the research trend in order to make a reference to domestic research in this area. Based on 401 conference papers from the ENTER conference proceedings(2005-2012) , the authors divided the research topics into main categories and sub-categories. The author also identified four characteristics of the foreign interdisciplinary study on tourism and information technology : ( 1 ) Traditional issues with modern views. The ENTER annual conferences add some new research topics with regard to the new trends of tourism informatization study ; (2) More attention is paid to new research areas, new research method, and new innovative applications; (3) Powerful research support is provided by foreign tourism e-commerce companies. More and more researchers from tourism research centers, e- commerce research institutions, and university institutions have been involved in this interdisciplinary research area; (4) Information and tourism are given equal attentions by researchers as research topics.
