摘 要:建立了注塑模具和塑件三维瞬态传热分析的数学模型并确定了边界条件和初始条件,基于ANSYS平台二次开发实现了模具和塑件温度场的耦合分析。模拟了不同冷却方式、初始模具温度和初始熔体温度下的冷却过程,分析了这3种因素对塑件温度场和塑件温度-时间曲线的影响。结果表明:同熔体温度相比,模具温度对冷却过程的影响更大;塑件温差随模具温度、熔体温度的升高而增大,其中熔体温度的影响较大;通入冷却水后,塑件温度降低速率加快、塑件温差减小,且在较高模具温度下这种效果更为明显。The mathematical model of the coupling analysis of 3D transient heat transfer of mold and plastic part was established, and the initial conditions and boundary conditions were determined. The coupling analysis of the temperature field of mold and plastic part was implemented based on the secondary development of ANSYS. The cooling stages were simulated under different cooling modes, initial mold temperatures and initial melt temperatures, and the influence of these factors on temperature field and temperature-time profiles of the plastic part were analyzed. The results show that the effect of mold temperature in the cooling process is more significant than that of melt temperature; temperature difference of the plastic part increases with the increasing of mold temperature and melt temperature, and the effect of melt temperature is more pronounced; temperature of the plastic part decreases faster with water cooling and temperature difference of the part also decreases, moreover, the effect is more obvious at higher mold temperature.
