摘　　要：分析了开酒器透明支架的结构和成型工艺特点,介绍了其注塑模具的结构设计方法,阐叙了透明聚碳酸酯(PC)注塑件表面成型缺陷的形成机制及改善措施,重点探讨了通过调整模具结构、优化注塑成型工艺条件来有效保证成型质量的技术要点。The structural and the molding process characteristics of the transparent body of wine opener were analyzed. The design method for the injection mold structure were introduced. The cause for the molding defects on the surface of transparent polycarbonate （PC） molded parts and the measure for improving this disfigurement were stated. In particular, the main technologies for adjusting the mold structure and optimizing the injection molding process were described.
