摘 要:建立了固相徽萃取-气相色谱,质谱联用法(SPME-GC/MS)测定塑料食品接触材料的水性模拟液中5种丙烯酸醋类簟体的分析方法。并且对萃取纤维.解吸时间.萃取时间.萃取温度.振荡速率.离子强度和顶空体积等固相徽萃取条件进行了优化。结果表明:5种丙烯酸南类单体能达到良好的分离,定量限(信噪比=10)为0.01-0.005μg/L,相关系数(R)大于0.999,平均回收率及相对标准儡莲(n=5)分别在89。47%-99.49%和0.62%-5.51%的范围内。所建方法操作简便.夏敏度高.准确度好,能够满足塑料食品接触材料中5种丙烯酸酯类单体迁移量的检测需要。A method for the determination of migration amount of five kinds of acrylate monomers in aqueous food simulants of plastic food-contacting materials by solid-phase microextraction (SPME) coupled with gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GCIMS) was developed. The experimental conditions of SPME, such as extraction fiber, desorption time, extraction temperature, extraction time, oscillation speed, ion intensity and headspace volume were optimized. The results show that the five kinds of acrylate monomers are well separated. The limits of quantification (LODs, SIN=IO) are 0.01-0.005μg/L; the linearity correlation coefficients are over 0.999; the average recovery and relative standard deviation (RSD, n=5) are 89.47%-99.49% and 0.62%-5.51% respectively. The established method is simple, sensitive and accurate, moreover, it can meet the detection requirements of acrylate monomers migrated from plastic food-contacting materials.
