摘 要:近年来,我国蔬菜质量安全问题时有发生,由此引发的贸易争端也不断增加。发达国家蔬菜生产机械化、专业化、科学化的程度很高,为提高我国蔬菜质量,调研了美国、日本、加拿大、荷兰、西班牙和德国等国家的蔬菜生产技术和管理模式,分析了发达国家蔬菜生产质量控制技术、标准化生产体系、信息服务和法规监管体系,研究提高蔬菜生产质量和安全性的方法,以期对我国蔬菜生产管理提供借鉴。Due to frequently occurred vegetable safety accidents in recent years, vegetable security gets more and more attention in China. Trade disputes caused by vegetable quality increased also. High-level mechanization, specialization and standardization of vegetable production are already in practice in developed countries. Vegetable production technolo-gy and management mode in the United States, Japan, Canada, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, etc. are investigated in this paper. Vegetable quality control technologies, standardized production systems, information services and law mo-nitoring systems in developed countries, are analysed. Suggestions to improve vegetable quality and safety are put for-ward, which are of references to vegetable management in China.
