摘  要:2垄4行夹持归集装置安装在2垄4行全喂入花生联合收获机上。该装置主要是将挖掘出来的两路花生进行夹持、抖土,然后将两路花生归集到一处,方便后续作业。该装置的研制大幅度提高了花生收获的工作效率。经试验分析,夹持喂入率在98%以上,去土率大于70%,掉果率不大于0.1%,作业效率在0.2hm2/h以上,夹断率几乎为0,花生秧果在归集过程中没有发生堵塞现象,各项指标都能够达到设计要求。2 ridges and 4 lines clamping and collection device installed in the 2 ridges vester, the device primarily clamped 2 ridge peanuts and shake off the soil, and then one place to facilitate the following job. The device greatly improved the work efficiency sis showed that the rate of clamping was 98% above, the rate of shaking off the soil was was less than 0.1% , the working efficiency was 0.2 hm^2/h, cutting rate was almost and 4 lines peanut combine har-2 ridge peanuts were collected to of peanut harvest, the test analy-more than 70%, falling fruit rate zero, and there was no jam phe-nomenon during the collection process. Each index can meet the design requirements.
