摘  要:前屋面覆盖保温被广泛地应用于日光温室保温。为此,利用温室覆盖材料传热系数测试台对现有3种日光温室保温被的保温性能进行了测试。测试结果表明,保温性从高到低依次为防水牛津布+再生棉+镀铝膜、牛津布+15mmPE发泡塑料+牛津布、防水牛津布+EPE珍珠棉+针刺毛毡+PE膜+防水牛津布,传热系数依次为1.120,1.350,2.022 W/(m2·℃),热节省率分别为85.38%,82.38%,73.60%,为用户使用购买提供了参考依据。As one of the heat preservation methods for greenhouses, fixing outside insulation covering has an extensive application due to its merits of easily setting and handling. In this research, the heat reserving rate (α) of three different kinds of coverings was measured by using the heat transfer coefficient test apparatus, which was developed by key labora-tory of agricultural engineering in structure and environment. The research shows that the covering made of waterproof ox-ford cloth, recycled cotton and aluminized thermal screen is the best in terms of heat preservation ability, followed by the one made of oxford and 15ram thick foamed plastic, and the one made of waterproof oxford, EPE foam, needled felts, PE film and waterproof Oxford. The heat transfer rate of the above three kinds of coverings are respectively 1. 120W/( m^2·℃),1. 350 W/(m^2·℃ ) and 2. 022 W/( m^2·℃ ). And the heat loss reduction of the above three is respectively 85.38% , 82.38% and 73.06%. This reasearch also aims to provide a purchase reference for users.
