住院病历抗菌药物的不合理使用情况及分析

摘　　要：目的：分析我院住院病历抗菌药物的不合理使用情况。方法：从2011年1～6月住院病理者中随机抽取334例，对抗菌药物不合理使用情况进行统计、分析。结果：所抽查病历中使用抗菌药物235份（70．4％），合格170份，不合格65份。不合理使用主要表现为选药不适宜、给药时间及疗程不适宜、用法用量不合理、联合用药不合理、无适应证使用及更换抗菌药物、溶媒使用不当等。结论：我院住院患者的抗菌药物使用存在不合理情况，临床药师需严密监测抗菌药物的使用，并将结果反馈给临床，以保证抗菌药物的合理应用。Objective ：To investigate the irrational use ol antlbactenals ol inpatient. Methods ：334 Cases ot mpatlents who used the antibiotics since the first half of 2011 were randomly selected in the hospital and analyzed the irrational use of antibiotics. Results ：235 Cases （ 70.4% ） contained antibacterial, among which, 65 were irrational ,which manifested mainly as irrational drug selection,irrational using opportunity and time of therapy, irrational dosage and administration,irrational drug combination,irrational changing of antibacterials and irrational use of menstruum. Conclusion：The irrational use of antibacterial of in patients existed. Clinical pharmacist should supervise the irrational use of antibacterials and report the comments to clinician to ensure the rational use of antibacterials.
