摘  要:目的:测定不同厂家生产的预胶化淀粉的性能并选择最适合做片剂辅料的预胶化淀粉。方法:以冷水溶解度,膨润体积,水分含量,片重差异,硬度测试,崩解时限为指标,比较了3个厂家生产的顸胶化淀粉的溶解性,膨胀性和可压性。结果:8g预胶化淀粉在100ml纯化水中的膨润体积基本能达到54ml,在冷水中的溶解度最高可达到27.58%,不同厂家的预胶化淀粉水分含量分别为8.14%,8.16%,6.45%,抗张强度在1.59±0.21到4.20±0.19之间,崩解时限在3—7分钟内。结论:在膨胀性,溶解性,颗粒水分,抗张强度,4个方面,第3个厂家的顸胶化淀粉优于其他2个厂家;在崩解时限方面,第1个厂家的顸胶化淀粉优于其他2个厂家。Objective:To assay different manufacturers pregelatinized starch performance and Select the most suitable pregelatinized starch to tablet. Method: Solubility in cold water, swelling volume, moisture content, weight variation , hardness testing, disintegration as an indicator to compare with solubility, swelling and compressibility of three manufacturers of pregelatinized starch. Result:8g pregelatinized starch swelling of volume to achieve basic 54ml in 100ml purified water, the Solubility in cold water can reach 27.58%. The water content of different manufacturers pregelatinized starch was 8.14% ,8.16%, 6.45%. Tensile Strength between with 1.59 ±0.21 and 4. 20 ± 0.19 and disintegration in 3 -7 minutes. Conclusion:By comparing various indicators, In the expansion, solubility, particle moisture, tensile strength, The third manufacturers better than the other two manufacturers. In the disintegration, the first manufacturers of pregelatinized starch is better than the other two manufacturers.
