摘　　要：随着时代的发展,3G通信业务量需求不断增加,无线网络RTTH-M3设备解决了运营商无线信号覆盖问题。为了更好的对RTTH-M3系统进行管理,介绍了在Delphi 7.0+Access环境下,一个RTTH-M3网元管理系统的设计实现方法,并给出了相应的系统基本模块和部分代码。通过实际测试,试点应用表明:系统完全可以适应设备的管理需求,给管理员的操作带来较大的便利,提高移动网络运营维护和服务水平,减少运营商的系统维护成本和时间。With the development of the times, the demand of 3G wireless networks is increasing. RTTH-M3 device in wireless network has solved the coverage problem of wireless signal. In order to manage the RTTH - M3 system better, a design and implementation method of RTTH-M3 element management system in DelphiT.0 ＋ Access is introduced, and the corresponding basic modules and part of the codes of the system is given out. The practical test indicates that the system can adapt to the device management needs, which brings greater convenience to the administrator operation. Thus the level of mobile network operation, maintenance and service are improved, and the system maintenance cost and time for operators are reduced.
