公共文化服务动态统计与绩效评估平台的设计与实现——以云南省保山市公共文化服务管理平台建设为例

摘　　要：2011年5月,保山市被确定为全国首批国家公共文化服务体系示范区创建单位,在制度设计研究课题方面,保山市以网络环境下的公共文化服务的动态统计和绩效评估为侧重点进行研究,课题组在理论研究成果"保山市公共文化服务体系指标"的基础上,结合保山市文化广播电视新闻出版局的实际需求,开发了"云南省保山市公共文化服务管理平台",实现了公共文化服务数据的统计动态化和绩效评估的标准化,通过了国家文化部的验收。In the aspects of system design research, Baoshan city focused on the research of dynamic statistics and performance evaluation of public cultural services in network environment. Based on theoretical study of ＂Baoshan public cultural service indicator system＂, the task force developed the ＂Yunnan Baoshan City public cultural service management platform＂ in combination with the requirement of Baoshan City Cultural Broadcasting Bureau, to achieved the dynamic statistics and standardized performance evaluation of public cultural services data. The platform gained the acceptance of the Ministry of Culture.
