摘 要:目的探讨医学绘图教学法在手术学基础课程中的应用价值。方法学生操作前,先利用经典的手术示意图结合术中照片进行讲解,之后学生动手操作,教师予以即时指导,最后要求学生课后完成手术记录并自行绘制手术简图。结果绝大多数学生对此教学方法持肯定态度,取得了较好的教学效果。结论医学绘图教学法是一种有效的辅助手段,它将枯燥、冰冷的手术学知识转变为形象具体的图像,有助于帮助学生提高外科技能,并养成外科思维。Objective To explore the value of drawing method on teaching surgical skills of medical students. Methods The teachers used a three-steps teaching method. Firstly, the teachers introduced surgical techniques by using the illustrations and operative photographs. Secondly, the medical students performed the surgery under the supervision of the teachers. Lastly, the students were required to finish the operative records with self drawing illustrations. Results A satisfactory teaching effect was achieved. Most of the students had positive attitudes towards this kind of teaching method. Conclusion It is an effective teaching method in teaching surgical skills of medical students, which help the students to understand and improve the surgical techniques, and to have critical thinking of surgery.
