摘　　要：为了提高铝电解电容器用高压阳极箔氧化膜的质量,降低阳极箔的升压时间,在高压箔化成前对腐蚀箔进行硝酸处理,提高了氧化膜的致密性,减少其缺陷,大大降低了升压时间。Reducing the pressure rising time of anode aluminum alloy can increase the quality of oxidation on high-voltage anode aluminum foil for electrolytic capacitor. Nitration treatment on etched foil can improve the compactness of the oxidation film, reduce the defects, and therefore, the pressure rising time can be greatly shortened down.
