独立学院集成电路设计专业应用型平台建设——以电子科技大学中山学院为例

摘　　要：针对珠三角集成电路企业发展速度快、规模大、对集成电路设计和应用方面人才需要旺盛的特点,文章提出应着力提高独立学院学生面向IC产业的市场竞争力。文章依据独立学院电子科学与技术专业IC设计应用型人才培养方案的具体要求,在充分融合高校和企业的资源及需求的基础上,分析了面向本地的IC设计应用平台建设的重要性,并在此基础上给出IC设计专业应用型平台建设的具体方案。实践证明,新的培养方式更有利于该专业学生直接面向本地市场,同时也能适应区域和社会多方面要求,对培养合格的IC应用型人才是有益的。The integrated circuit（IC） enterprises in the Pearl River Delta are growing rapidly, so there is a strong need for talents of IC design and application. It is necessary for the students in independent colleges to improve their competitiveness in the IC industry. According to the curriculum requirement for training the application-oriented IC design talents of electronic science and technology specialty, and in view of the resources and needs of the universities and enterprises, the significance of the con- struction of IC design and application platform that can meet the local needs is discussed. And the construction scheme in this respect is given. It is proved that the new scheme satisfies the regional and social requirements and it is conducive to the cultivation of application-oriented IC design talents meet- ing the local needs.
