摘 要:为使部队内场地面维护保障人员在测试训练中尽快掌握某新型红外空空导弹的测试技术和故障处理方法,必须研制配套的地面测试训练弹。该训练弹采用嵌入式微处理器技术和FPGA技术相结合实现了与真实导弹一致的工作时序、测试参数并具有故障模拟功能。采用该设计架构实现了精简的电路设计,确保了产品的安全性、可靠性和经济性,同时也满足了系统结构紧凑、接口丰富、可扩展性强的需求。该训练弹在使用过程中性能稳定已成为一种重要的训练装备。In order that the maintenance personnel can quickly acquire the test methodology and the fault analysis approach during the depot-level testing of a new IR air-to-air missile, a related training missile for ground test is required. By utilizing the embedded microprocessor and FPGA digital techniques, the training missile has exactly the same release sequence and test parameters as the real missile and can also perform the failure mode tests. In this way, the circuit design is simplified and thus the missile's safety, reliability and economical efficiency are ensured. Meanwhile, the compact structure, abundant interface and excellent expansibility are realized. The missile provides satisfactory performance when used and it has been a primary training equipment.
