摘 要:介绍了信号调理采集电路在多波束成像声呐系统中的作用,提出了一种基于可编程器件的信号调理采集电路的设计方案,实现了对180路声呐接收信号的调理和采集。在实现电路功能的基础上,设计并优化了电路拓扑结构,以减少自身噪声且抑制外来干扰。系统电路设计简洁,性能优良,且具有较强的灵活性。针对多波束成像声呐的通道幅相不一致,提出了信号采集后进行幅相校正的方案。实际测试结果表明,经调理采集和幅相校正后,系统各通道采集信号幅相一致,电路能够同时调理和采集180路水声信号,调理电路总的动态范围可达70dB。This paper presents an analog circuit based on programmable devices, which realizes the signal conditioning and data acquisition of a 180-channel multi-beam imaging sonar. ()n the purpose of practices,considering the promotion of the circuit functions, the circuit topology is optimized for the reduction of system noises. A method of compensation of interchannel amplitude and phase errors is proposed after the procedure of data acquisition. The circuit design of the system is concise,flexible and scalable,and the final results of the experiments prove that the receiving circuit of the multi-beam imaging sonar that designed can synchronously collect the echo signals of 180 channels, and the output is stabilized and with high amplitude and phase consistency, the total gain range of designed circuit can reach 70 dB.
