摘  要:为了更好地研究火炮发射过程中柔性身管和弹丸间的耦合作用,通过引入虚拟体,提出一种经由虚拟体组成的模拟身管来间接传递弹炮间力元的方法,推导了含虚拟体项的弹炮刚柔耦合动力学方程。以某型火炮为例,引入弹炮系统模型,获得了在相同射击条件下试验测试数据和仿真计算结果的对比曲线,分析表明采用该方法建立的模型实现了弹炮间相互作用力的传递,并且能较真实反映弹丸在膛内的运动规律,为火炮发射动力学研究提供一定的参考。To investigate better the coupling between a flexible barrel and a bullet during an artillery firing process, a method was presented by introducing virtual objects and transferring forces indirectly through an analog barrel composed of virtual objects. The rigid-flexible coupled dynamic equation of the projectile-barrel system containing virtual objects was derived. Taking a certain type of artillery for an example, the proposed system model was introduced, then tl^e comparative curves for both the test data and the simulation results under the same firing condition were obtained. The comparison showed that the proposed model can transfer the projectile-barrel collision force and reflect truly the law of projectile motion in the barrel. The results provided a reference for study on artillery launch dynamics.
