摘 要:风荷载是冷却塔设计的控制性荷载,规范中将沿高度、环向变化的平均风压系数分布曲线C p(z,θ)简化为沿高度不变的分布曲线C p(θ),该简化可能会对某核电站200 m高超大型冷却塔的设计产生不利影响。首先,基于刚性模型测压风洞试验获得了该超大型冷却塔单塔的平均风压系数三维曲线C p(z,θ),对外表面风荷载三维效应进行了分析;然后,采用有限元方法对三维曲线C p(z,θ)与简化曲线C p(θ)产生的风致响应进行比较,并对结果产生原因进行了分析。结果表明:外表面风荷载三维效应显著,两端的阻力系数显著大于中段;尽管简化曲线C p(θ)低估了结构的风荷载,但由于冷却塔风致响应与荷载分布形式更为密切相关,其产生的风致响应与三维曲线C p(z,θ)基本相当,该简化可满足该冷却塔的设计要求。Abstract: Wind loading is a control load for the design of a cooling tower. The real mean wind pressure coefficient distribution curve cp (z, θ) varying with tower height is simplified as a height-constant curve cp (θ) in the design code, and this simplification may has an adverse effect on the design of a 200 m high super large cooling tower of an nuclear power plant. Here, wind tunnel tests were performed to measure the real mean wind pressure coefficient distribution curve cp (z, θ) , and then the three-dimensional effect of wind load on the outer surface of the cooling tower was analyzed, finally the wind-induced responses of the tower under the action of the real curve cp ( z, θ) and the simplified curve cp (θ) were compared with the finite element method. The results indicated that the wind loadings of both two ends of the tower are significantly greater than that of its middle. It was also shown that the wind-induced responses of the tower under the action of the real curve cp (z, θ) and the simplified curve cp (θ) are basically consistent because the wind load distribution is more important than its magnitude to the cooling tower wind-induced responses, so the simplified curve Cp (O) can be used to design the super large cooling tower.
