摘  要:为了开发和优化高铁酸盐中试生产装置,通过小试试验对隔膜材料和生产工艺等进行了研究,结果表明,孔径小于5μm的聚偏氟乙烯膜使用寿命较长;母液循环利用提高了药剂利用率、降低制备成本;电解液NaOH不宜饱和,浓度应降低到14~ 16 mol/L; BaFeO4提取率显著高于K2FeO4,低温(5℃)、隔绝空气密封下,保存30 d以上纯度仍在50%左右.根据小试结果,开发了高铁酸盐中试生产装置,产量可达20 g/h以上,生产总成本约为6万元/t.For the purpose of developing and optimizing equipments for the pilot scale production of ferrate, the diaphragm material and production process were studied through a bench scale test. The results showed that, polyvinylidene fluoride membrane with pore size under 5 ixm had a longer service life; benefited from the mother solution cyclic utilization, the utilization rate of the drug was improved and the production cost was reduced. The NaOH electrolyte should not be saturated and the concentration should be decreased to 14-16 moFL. It could be seen that, the extraction rate of BaFeO4 was evidently higher than that of K2FeO4, and the purity could still be about 50% in 30 d under the condition of low-temperature(5 ℃) and no air. Based on the results of the bench scale test, the equipments for ferrate pilot scale production with an output of 20 g/h and a total production cost of 60 000 yuan/t was developed.
