体育用品业共性技术测度指标实证研究——以国际运动鞋产品为例

摘　　要：从国际运动鞋专利这一微观视角,以专利技术分类作为研究对象,通过计量分析法尝试测算了体育用品业的共性技术,探讨了这些技术的变化趋势。验证了基于专利文献计量的技术共现分析法在测算共性技术方面是便捷、客观和可行的。建议我国体育政府部门进一步明确共性技术研究的重要性,承担起共性技术供给主体的角色,为体育用品行业未来发展和技术结构调整提供有效支撑。From the micro perspective of international sports shoe patent, the paper focuses on the classification of patented technology to try to measure the generic technology of sports goods as well as the variation trend of such technology by means of metric analysis, which testifies the convenience, objectivity and feasibility of co - occurrence analysis based on patent bibliometrics in measuring generic technology. The paper calls on the government to attach importance to the further research of generic technology and to assume the role of the main supplier of generic technology so as to pro- vide effective support for the future development and technical structure adjustment of sports goods industry.
