摘 要:以一种市售重防腐涂料配方为基础配方,通过添加有机硅树脂、SiC微粉、硅烷偶联剂等组分,研制出一种改进型耐高温防腐涂料,并对添加的组分在耐高温防腐涂料中的作用机理以及对涂层性能的影响进行了讨论。实验结果表明,有机硅树脂、SiC微粉的加入,使原涂层的最高耐热温度从230℃上升到390℃,大大提高了涂层的耐热性;SiC微粉和硅烷偶联剂的加入量分别为7 g和0.6 g时,涂层的综合性能最佳。Wilh a commercially availahle heavy anticorrosion coatings formulation as the basic formulation, a kind of improved high temperalure and anlieorrosion coatings was prepared by adding silicone resin, SiC fine powder, silane coupling agenl and so on. The mechanism and perfor,nance influences of the added components on the high temperature and an/icorrosion coatings were discussed. The experimental resuhs indicated that, the addition of silicone and SiC fine powder caused the maximum heat resistant temperature of the original coating rising from 260℃ to 390℃, enhanced the heat resistance of coating greatly, when the dosage of SiC fine powder and silane coupling agent was respeclively 7 g, 0.6 g, the comprehensive performances of the coating were the best.
