摘  要:燃气燃烧器是工业生产活动中众多高噪声设备之一种,体型虽然小,但噪声值往往较高。为解决某燃气燃烧器对厂界外居民区的噪声污染问题,通过对现场噪声实测及频谱分析,提出设置隔声间的降噪方案。文中介绍隔声间的结构,如隔声墙及顶板、室内吸声、通风消声等。经技术实施后的实测结果为:厂界噪声值由67.9 dB(A)降至44.5dB(A),达到GB12348中1类标准限值。此系在利旧改造中取得良好的降噪效果的实例,可为同类设备的降噪设计提供借鉴。Gas burner, although small in size, is one kind of high noise equipment in industrial production. To solve the noise pollution problem of the residential area adjacent to the factory area, design of a sound-proof booth for noise reduction of the burners was provided based on noise measurement data and frequency analysis. The structure of the sound-proof booth, including sound insulation walls, ceiling, absorption, ventilation system, silencer, etc., was presented. After the installation of the sound-proof booth, the noise level on the boundary of the factory area was reduced from 67.9 dB(A) to 44.5 dB(A) which reaches the limit value of class 1 in GB12348 standard. This case provided a good example for reference of noise reduction design of similar equipments.
