摘　　要：科技期刊作为科技信息交流的平台,对展示科研成果,推动科技和社会的发展起着重要作用.编辑素质的高低是决定期刊质量好坏的一个重要依据,只有建立复合型的编辑人才队伍,加强编辑的素质培养,才能适应现代科技期刊的发展要求,才能在知识经济时代中稳步向前.Sci-tech journal,as the tool for exchanging scientific information,plays a critical role in publishing the research findings and leading the scientific development. The quality of the sci-tech journal is significantly influenced by the quality of the editors. Only if a team of versatile editing talents is formed will the needs of sci-tech journal development are met and progress in the era of knowledge-based economy achieved.
