摘　　要：自主创新平台是建构河南省自主创新体系的重要内容,是提高区域创新能力的基础保障。河南省自主创新平台建设取得了一定成效,但也存在一些问题。因此,必须建构平台分布式管理系统,创新平台服务路径,更新平台管理机制,增强子平台协同创新能力,完善平台建构的保障措施。Indepent Innovation platform is an important content for constructing indepent innovation system and the infrastructure assurance for raising the region＇ s innovation ability. With regard to the construction of indepent innovation platform, Henan province has gained certain result, but still has some questions. Therefore, it is neces- sary to construct the governing system of platform distributing type and the service way to innovation platform ; renew the platform management mechanism; strengthen the synergy innovation competence of the sub -platform; complete the safeguard measure for the construction of the platform.
