公共事业管理专业《管理沟通》课程实训教学的实践与探索

摘　　要：管理沟通是公共事业管理专业的一门专业必修课,也是一门实践技能课,根据该课程的特点和培养目标,结合本专业教学计划和安排的实际,本文探讨了《管理沟通》实务训练项目方案设计的初衷,具体的操作流程、成果汇报形式等,分享了学生在实训过程中的收获与感悟,总结归纳了本项目的实训特色。实践证明:该项目充分激发了学生的学习积极性,提高了学生管理沟通的各项技能和技巧,使学生获益匪浅,取得了良好的效果。Mauagement communication is not only a required course of Public Affairs Management, but also a practical skill course. This paper, according to the characteristics ＆ training goals, with the teaching plan and arrangement, discusses the design of practical training project, the specific operation process, achievemcnts report form, shares the gains ＆ inspiratian of students in the training process, and sums up the characteristics of the training project. Practice has proved that students benefit a lot from the course, such as stimulating their learning enthusiasm, improving their communicating skills, etc.
