颜色分析在烤烟分级中的应用

摘　　要：利用色度仪测定烟叶的L*(明度值)、a*、b*、h°(色调角)等颜色参数,结合其脂肪测定值,对烤烟分级参数进行分析,结果显示烤烟的级别与烟叶的颜色参数具有一定的关联性。这对今后用客观的数据来修订现行烤烟分级标准具有借鉴意义,为客观真实地评价烟叶提供科学的依据。The grading parameters of flue-cured tobacco have been analyzed through the determined fat value and the color parameters of L＊（ brightness）,a＊,b＊,and h°（hue angle） measured by chroma meter.The results indicate that there is some relevance between the tobacco grade and the color of the tobacco leaf,which will offer some references for the revision of the current tobacco grading standard with objective data and a scientific basis for the realistic evaluation of tobacco in the future.
