摘　　要：为了更有效地开发桑皮纤维及其制品,通过剖析桑皮纤维的成分、结构和性能,对桑皮纤维及其纺织品的研发进行了探讨。分析了桑皮原料的化学成分、微观形态结构和物理性能,以及桑树品种对桑皮品质的影响,从桑皮脱胶工艺、脱胶后整理工艺设备、开松油剂、开松工艺设备,全面介绍了桑皮纤维的制取和桑皮纤维的研发。针对实践中的主要问题,提出利用废弃桑枝规模化开发桑皮纤维及纺织产品,尚需在纤维加工技术、桑树品种选育,以及结合纤维制取开展果胶、木质素、粘胶纤维等桑枝条综合利用方面拓展研究思路,使桑枝废弃资源获得更广阔的应用空间。In order to develop mulberry fiber and the relevant products more effectively, this paper discusses mulberry fiber and the relevant textiles through analyzing the composition, structure and property of mulberry fiber. This paper analyzes the effects of chemical component, micro-morphological structure and physical properties of mulben＇y material and mulberry varieties on mulberry quality and comprehensively introduces production, research and development of mulberry fiber. Aiming at main problems in practice, this paper proposes that in order to utilize waste mulberry twigs for large-scale production of mulberry fiber and textiles and gain wider application space for waste mulberry twigs, it is still necessary to extend the research thoughts in aspects of fiber process technology, mulberry variety breeding and comprehensive utilization of pectin, lignin, viscose and other mulberry branches in combination of fiber making.
