关于桑蚕干茧国家标准修订的建议

摘　　要：针对GB/T 9176—2006《桑蚕干茧》和GB/T 9111—2006《桑蚕干茧试验方法》国家标准执行现状和问题,结合质量检验、行业管理、现实需求等方面因素,从标准的性质、术语定义、质量要求、质量标志、抽样方法、试验方法和标准附录内容等方面,提出了修订建议。建议在修订GB/T 9176—2006《桑蚕干茧》和GB/T 9111—2006《桑蚕干茧试验方法》的过程中,对标准的性质、术语和定义、质量要求、质量标志,以及抽样方法、选茧、解舒和强力试验等内容予以综合考虑,有效提高标准的科学性和适用性,为推进我国茧丝绸相关标准国际化奠定基础。Aiming at the status and problems of implementation of national standards GB/T 9176--2006 Mulberry silkworm dried cocoons and GB/T 9111--2006 Methods of Mulberry silkworm dried cocoons, this paper puts forward revision proposals from standard nature, term definition, quality requirement, quality mark, sampling method, test method and content of standard appendix in combination of quality inspection, quality inspection and actual demand. It is suggested to comprehensively consider standard nature, terms, definitions, quality requirements, quality mark, sampling method, cocoon selection, reelability of cocoon and strength test etc. during revising GB/T 9176--2006 Mulberry silkworm dried cocoons and GB/T 9111--2006 Methods of Mulberry silkworm dried cocoons so as to effectively improve scientificity and applicability of standards and lay a foundation for driving internationalization of the standards related to cocoon silk.
