摘　　要：基于中国目前真丝针织服装数量虽多,但品种单调、档次不高、价格低廉的现状,对苏浙沪等地区主要真丝针织服装企业生产、经营现状进行了调研。认为关键原因是真丝针织服装设计水平低,设计观念落后,服装裁剪、缝制做工粗糙。基于真丝针织绸的质地特点,对真丝针织服装设计与缝制加工进行了探讨,设计了真丝针织服装的不同款式造型和色彩图案,讨论了真丝针织服装缝制生产的工艺要点。认为企业只有设计开发具有个性化、时装化、外衣化、功能性的高档次真丝针织服装,服装生产人员只有精益求精,才能改变企业品种单调、档次不高、经济效益较差的现状。Nowadays there are large amounts of silk knitted clothes sold in China, but they are of low quality and scarce in variety at low price. This paper conducts investigation of the production and operation state of several major silk knitted apparel enterprises in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. The essential factors are as follows： poor design level, outdated design concept, rough cutting and sewing. Moreover, this paper also explores the design and sewing process for silk knitted apparel on the basis of the nature and characteristics of silk knitted fabric, designs different styles and color patterns of silk knitted apparel and discusses main technological points during sewing silk knitted apparel. Enterprises should design and develop high-level silk knitted apparel with more personalized, fashionable, formal look and more functions. At the same time, apparel production personnel should keep improving. On in this way, enterprises can jump out of the dilemma of monotonous varieties, low-quality products and poor economic benefits.
