摘 要:针对信息对抗条件下雷达对抗侦察系统干扰效果评估问题,提出了一种基于直觉模糊推理的评估方法。该方法充分考虑了专家经验知识,克服了不能及时了解对方电子设备工作情况的困难。分析了雷达对抗侦察系统干扰效果评估的紧迫性、直接评估的局限性以及影响评估的主要因素。依据Vague集及模糊推理理论,构建了干扰效果等级与评估指标之间的关系,并提出了模糊推理规则。用实例说明了使用该方法进行干扰效果评估的过程。To the questions of jamming effect evaluation on radar counterreconnaissance system under information counter circumstance, a technique based on intuitionistic fuzzy reasoning is proposed. About this method,the experiential knowledge is fully taken into account,and the difficulty that the working condition of the other's electronic equipment can not be acquainted timely is overcome.First, the urgency of jamming effect evaluation on radar counterreconnaissance system and the limitation of direct evaluation and the factors that affect the evaluation are analysed.Then,the relation between jamming effect ranks and evaluation index is established,and the fuzzy reasoning rules are proposed according to vague set and approximate reasoning theory.Finally,there is practical example to illustrate the detailed procedure of the way to evaluate the jamming effect.
