基于组合赋权法机场毁伤效果的模糊综合评判

摘　　要：机场是空袭作战的武器平台,现已成为对方首选的打击目标之一,通过机场作战系统结构分析,运用模糊综合评判法评估机场毁伤性效果,选取了三级模糊评判因素集,提出基于Spearman等级相关系数的组合赋权法,有效地克服了主客观赋权法带来的不足,最后结合算例给出了模糊综合评判的数学模型和计算方法,通过比较结果表明该赋权法评估更准确、更接近实际效果,为灵活调整打击目标和打击方式提供科学的决策依据。The airdrome is weapons platform of air assault,which has become one of targets the enemy first choice. Analysing structure of the airdrome combat system,evaluating the airdrome by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,selecting three-grade fuzzy evaluation factors gather,giving Combination Weights Method Based on the Spearman rank correlation coefficient,offseting effectively the deficiency of subjective and objective weights bring,and finally giving an example of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for mathematical model and calculation method,the compared results shows that combination weights evaluation is more accurate and more close to the actual effect,to provide scientific basis for decision-making on adjusting neatly air assault and ways.
