摘　　要：对通信对抗群指挥训练效能的评估可以为实际作战及训练指挥能力的提升提供考评的客观依据,有利于训练方法的改进提高。基于通信对抗群指挥训练效能评估指标体系及模型,提出了一种作战指挥效能的混合评估模型,该模型有效地克服了人为因素带来的误差,对今后通信对抗群指挥训练有指导借鉴意义。Assessment of the training efficiency of communication countermeasure grouping provides objective basics to promote the capabilities of real fighting and lead-ship in training,and it is also beneficial for improvement of training methods. In this paper a hybrid assessment model for evaluating the efficiency of operation command is put forward,based on the system and model of efficiency of communication countermeasure grouping,which can overcome the artificial influence effectively and is sure to provide the guidance and reference for the training of communication countermeasure grouping~ ahead.
