摘　　要：目的总结耐高压双腔PICC配合Melodie时辰化疗泵在晚期胃肠道肿瘤化疗中的应用及护理。方法 23例晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者经外周静脉穿刺耐高压双腔PICC配合Melodie时辰化疗泵,用于持续泵入化疗药物。结果 23例晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者应用耐高压双腔PICC配合Melodie时辰化疗泵顺利,未发生并发症,减轻了化疗的毒副作用,同时提高了化疗患者在化疗期间的生活质量,取得了满意的疗效。结论耐高压双腔PICC配合Melodie时辰化疗泵安全,提高了药物疗效,同时减轻护理人员的工作量并得到患者的欢迎。Objective To summarize the application of double cavity and high pressure - en- dured PICC combined with Melodic hour chemotherapy pump on the terminal gastrointestinal tumor and its nursing. Methods A total of 23 patients with terminal gastrointestinal tumor were treated by therapy of double cavity and high pressure - endured PICC combined with Melodic hour chemotherapy pump and were continuously infused of chemotherapeutic drugs by the way of periph- eral venipuncture. Results The therapy of double cavity and high pressure- endured PICC com- bined with Melodic hour chemotherapy pump didn＇t cause any complications in 23 patients with gas- trointestinal tumor. Thus, the therapy reduced the side effects, enhanced the quality of life in pa- tients during chemotherapy, and gained satisfactory therapeutic effect. Conclusion The therapy of double cavity and high pressure-endured PICC combined with Melodic hour chemotherapy pump is well welcomed since it enhances the efficacy of drug administration for patients and alleviates the workload of nurses.
